• System and Process Assurance (SPA)

You will work with teams providing our clients with independent assessments of internal control, business risk, regulatory compliance, and efficiency/adequacy of business systems and processes.

Working with our leading clients in key industries you will gain exposure to a wide variety of complex operational and systems environments, challenges and learning opportunities. Assignments will include performing risk assessments, technical and general computer control reviews, business process/application controls reviews, IT security reviews, and other controls and assurance related work, both for Sarbanes-Oxley related projects and supporting our financial audit teams. For people with stronger IT or process consulting backgrounds, there will be opportunities to get involved in a variety of non-audit advisory, technology and performance improvement assignments.


Position : Senior Associates / Managers / Senior Managers 北京,上海,广州

Requirements:
• University degree, preferably in accounting, IT or related discipline;
• Professional qualifications: CPA, Certified Internal Auditor or CISA;
• 2 to 7 years system assurance experience with a professional firm or in industry;
• Minimum 5 years of working experience required for Manager position;
• Strong working knowledge and understanding of compliance and risk review procedures, business processes and internal controls;
• Exposure to Sarbanes-Oxley requirements would be a plus;
• Effective project management, interpersonal and influencing skills are essential;
• Excellent communication skills in both oral and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin);
• Flexibility to travel to out-of-town engagements.
